The client is an industry leader in offering filtration solutions, coolants & chemical technologies for diesel engines. Furthermore, they are manufacturers of heavy-duty Air, Fuel, Lube, Hydraulic filters, Air Intake Systems, Coolants, and Chemical Products for On and Off-highway applications. They are also a supplier to the renowned automotive and industrial engine and equipment manufacturers.

After-sales take place via a long distribution chain; manufacturers can source the filters directly from the company. Traditional distribution chains offer better prices, but automobile owners face downtime and original or genuine parts' unavailability. This creates a dilemma in the customer's mind.

Thus, eCommerce Portal's idea came into existence thinking about providing the best possible delivery time and 24*7 availability for the specific product (i.e., filters). The client wanted to offer customers 24*7 availability of the desired/required spare part and a reliable delivery channel ensuring delivery of the same product within three business days. If the product doesn't reach the customer due to any reason, the company will give the product free of cost.
