Project Requirements

With a growing business, the client had specific challenges with lead generation. The client was using 17 partner websites to generate leads digitally. These leads were manually assigned to their sales team; however, the entire process was tedious and cost-consuming. The client used three different CRMs such as Encompass, Salesforce, and Home caption for lead management and calculations, Lead assignment, and campaign management. However, managing three different CRMs was getting difficult.

Solution

Our expert team at Suma Soft offered a complete Microsoft Azure Cloud Hosting platform to the client and improved their business agility. We integrated the client's desktop CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and migrated the local active directory to an Azure-based active directory. Additionally, we performed the migration of the exchange server and provided the migration of the Windows domain from the older version to the latest version.
