The client is one of the top IT consulting firms in Germany that provides exceptional IT services to companies from the USA, Germany, and Italy. The client's featured product is a web application built for companies that manufacture industrial heating boilers and refrigeration systems.

Project Requirements

Our client was engaged in developing a product for the USA-based boiler manufacturer. To meet their end customer’s requirements, our client needed testing experts for end-to-end manual testing of the product and needed Performance testing to check the product behavior with a concurrent number of users. Integration of the different modules required testing to check if data is flowing correctly in different modules.

Solution

Being the leading testing services companies, we at Suma Soft performed Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and System Testing for the client's product. We set up a systematic QA process, tested the entire product for different customers, and reported issues/feedback for improvements. We also initiated a practice of QA documentation. Frequent changes in the requirement specification were recorded in the CR document, which was approved by the product owner, and the ticket status was updated accordingly. Tools used: TFS- For Project Management and Bug Reporting and TFS- For Test Case Creation and Execution.
